Lark Forms
- You can now add a signature question in Lark Forms to collect respondents' e-signatures, ideal for approvals, confirmations, acceptance checks, and receipt confirmations. Signatures are saved as images, making them easy to archive and review later.

- You can configure settings in form view of Base to automatically notify recipients whenever someone submits a response, making it easy to track submissions in real time. You can also schedule reminders to follow up on progress with less effort.
- You can add a signature field in Base to allow users to sign either by hand or by typing their name, helping your team keep a reliable audit trail. It can be used in a wide range of scenarios, such as approval confirmations, store inspections, acceptance checks, training check-ins, meeting check-ins, and so much more.

- Seedream 4.0 is now available in the field shortcuts center, which gives users the ability to quickly generate images in Base, transforming the creative process.

- Automation and workflow actions now have the new option of AI-generated text. It can use data from the base or data generated in the preceding automated steps to optimize, summarize, and generate a paragraph of text based on your prompt. The generated text can also be used as input for subsequent automated steps.
- Use a Lark message to trigger automations or workflows in Base. When the Base bot receives a message that meets the specified criteria in a group or private chat, the actions you configured will be performed.
- Use the Switch node in Base workflows to create multiple branch paths that perform different actions. You can specify the conditions, and the branch that meets the criteria will be used, similar to the IFS function. The Switch node can be used for scenarios that require multi-condition evaluation or where workflow branches eventually merge (multiple branches share the same subsequent steps).
- AI Q&A is an AI-powered feature that allows users to query data in the base. This feature utilizes natural language processing technology to convert your questions into data queries and give clear, easy-to-understand answers.
