Bug fix: The Libssh2 library built into the previous version had cipher incompatibility issues with the
default openssh-server in Debian 12, causing agent based authentication to not work in some instances.
This version has an updated OpenSSL 3.1.1 and Libssh2 1.11.0 built in.
