Colors: download ældre versioner

Colors 3.2 has been released.
Summary of changes:
• Upgraded build environment for improved support of newer platforms and other optimizations.
• Improved system language detection and language override options.
• Re-ordered HLS fields into more conventional HSL order.
• Added language files：German.
• Updated language files：Corsican.

Changed build environment to Lazarus 1.8.4 + FPC 3.0.4.
Dropped support for Windows 9x platform. New list of supported platforms: Windows 2000 and later.
Enhanced storage path resolution with new path tags and handling of multiple path tags.
Excluded messages from language files which do not require translation.
Replaced custom High DPI scaling routines with LCL built-in handling.
Use F11 shortcut key for picking color from screen.
Avoid the mouse up events from being sent to foreign applications after the screen color picker.

Load product registration code using a file drag and drop.
