Added
- Experimental: Fish-style abbreviations for shell mode (experimental.shell_abbreviations). Abbreviations are expanded automatically when you press Space or Enter. Only applies to the shell editor, not the R editor. Example: "gc" = "git commit" (#218).
Fixed
- Bracketed paste sequences sent before the first R prompt (e.g. by the vscode-R extension with r.bracketedPaste: true) are no longer visibly echoed to the terminal. The fix disables terminal input echo early in the startup sequence, before reedline's first read_line() call, and restores the original terminal mode on exit (#219).
