XIVLauncher: baixar versions anteriors

This is a maintenance release.
- Fixed an issue wherein auto-launch applications may not have started together with the game under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue wherein it was impossible to create desktop shortcuts for accounts from the account switcher menu. (by @nathanctech)
- Fixed an issue wherein the launcher would not be able to install game patches if the chosen game directory was a root directory.
- Fixed an issue wherein confusing warning messages may have appeared when detecting badly set-up save data folder permissions. (by @reiichi001)
- Fixed an issue wherein some files may not have been written correctly when installing game patches. The files aren't necessary for game operation and will be repaired during the next patch.

- Removes support for the DirectX 9 version of the game, as it has been discontinued
- Clarifies an error message when encountering a disk I/O error during repair

- Adds a separate button to the login menu, which will open advanced login options, in addition to right-clicking
- Updated the localization files

- Fixes an issue wherein the game may not have started correctly under very specific circumstances
- Fixes an issue wherein some error messages may have been unclear
- The "Updating assets" step of starting the game will now show the actual download progress
- Updated the localization files

- Adds a clipboard button to the OTP window, which will automatically paste in your clipboard contents as an OTP once pressed
- Fixes an issue wherein, under certain conditions, required data files for Dalamud may not have been downloaded correctly
- Removed the plugins tab from XIVLauncher settings due to incompatibilities.
We moved all of this functionality into Dalamud.
