Added
• Native TLS for wmux web. Use --tls-cert <path> with --tls-key <path> to terminate HTTPS directly when exposing panes without Tailscale. (#775)
• Move panes around your layout. Panes could only be created and closed, so
getting the arrangement you wanted meant splitting in exactly the right order
from the start. Now you can rearrange one you already have：drag the grip in a
pane's tab strip and drop it on another pane's edge to move it there, or on
its centre to swap the two. From the keyboard, Ctrl+B then H/J/K/L
walks the active pane left/down/up/right, and { / } swap it with its
neighbour, mirroring tmux. The command palette carries the four directional
moves as well. Panes keep their names and their scrollback wherever they land.

• Settings → Claude integration now opens with a Setup card listing the
hook bridge, the MCP registration, and the usage statusline — each with its
real install state and a one-click install for whatever is missing.
Previously the first-run wizard was the only place these were ever offered,
and skipping it left the CLI as the only way back.
• The first-run wizard now offers the Claude Code hook bridge alongside the
statusline, and shows it as installed when it already is.
• Fan-out can launch in bypass mode without retyping the flag. The Multi Task dialog now offers --dangerously-skip-permissions as a checkbox, shows the launch command it will fire, and prefills the command the last fan-out actually used. The checkbox appears only for Claude Code, the launcher wmux knows that flag for; users of another CLI type their own bypass flag once and it is remembered. A Claude-only flag left behind after switching launchers is called out with a one-click removal.
Removed
• Removed the unused MCP long-poll transport option. sendRpc no longer
carries a separate timeout-and-retry mode for a server-side wait RPC that
does not exist; its production callers continue to use the established
10-second timeout and three-attempt retry path. (#778)
Fixed
• Closing a pane no longer misaligns its neighbours. In a row or column of
three or more panes, closing one left the remaining panes rendering at the
wrong widths — the sizes list still had an entry for the pane that was gone,
so every panel after it was drawn one slot off. Two-pane splits were never
affected, which is why this hid for so long. (#776)
• The workspace mode dropdown no longer runs off the top of the window. It
opens toward whichever side has room and caps its height there, so Off
stays reachable in a short window — autonomy can always be lowered again.
• The orchestrator's "mode is off" note in the deck composer is no longer cut
off. The placeholder shows a one-line form; the full explanation stays on
hover.
• The wizard's statusline offer never appeared：it looked for the preload
bridge at the wrong path and silently hid itself when it came back empty.
Security
• Fail-closed HTTPS restore. Native TLS stores certificate/key paths rather than PEM bytes, validates material before replacing a live listener, and leaves no plaintext listener if persisted TLS material becomes unavailable. Crossing the encrypted/plaintext boundary rotates the operator token and revokes paired-device credentials. (#775)
