Notes de la versió
0.29.2 - 2026-09-14
Vayu's accent color can now follow your operating system's own accent color on Windows and macOS. Also in this release: two more import fixes, found while auditing the JMeter response-assertion and path-variable logic landed in 0.29.1, and two fixes to Windows auto-updates.
Added
- A "Match system accent color" toggle in Settings > Appearance. Turn it on and Vayu switches to whichever of its accent color schemes is closest to your OS accent color, and follows it live if you change it in system settings. Off by default, and not shown on Linux, which has no system accent color to read.
- The update banner now shows a progress bar while an update downloads in the background, instead of going quiet between "update found" and "restart to install."
Fixed
- A JMeter response assertion with "Not" ticked now imports as its own negation, not its opposite. A check that a response does not contain a given text used to import as checking that it does, so a plan that passed every request in JMeter failed every one in Vayu.
- A JMeter response assertion's Contains and Matches pattern types now import as a regular-expression match rather than a plain text search, and one set to match any of several patterns is flagged in the import summary instead of silently requiring all of them.
- A colon inside a URL's query string is no longer mistaken for a path variable. An Insomnia request whose query string contained something like color:id used to have :id replaced with the path variable's value even though no path parameter named id appeared in the path itself.
- A URL with the same path variable appearing more than once now has every occurrence substituted, not just the first.
- A Windows update or uninstall no longer hangs on a prompt nobody can see. Two installer dialogs - closing a running Vayu, keeping saved data - showed up even during an unattended update (winget, or Vayu updating itself) and blocked it indefinitely with no way to answer. Both now proceed with the safe default instead of asking.
