- Git history graph colors are restored: the right-panel commit graph now uses a dedicated graph palette, so topology lines, branch markers, selected nodes, and ref badges stay readable after the neutral theme update.
- Usage dashboard visualizations are colored again: the Cmd+Shift+U usage overlay now uses a dedicated usage palette for hourly bars, monthly trends, heatmaps, quotas, device rows, and insight progress instead of inheriting the neutral app accent.
