Added
- Collapsible project groups: history panel groups sessions by project with expand/collapse chevrons.
- Per-project show-more: each project defaults to 7 rows; clicking "N more" reveals one batch at a time without affecting other groups.
Changed
- Permanent hide: two-step hide (eye-slash → armed red → execute) is now permanent — hidden sessions have no restore path.
- Pin placement: pin indicator moved to left side of session row for clearer semantics.
- History visual density: row height, font size, indentation, and hover style aligned with the left panel project tree.
Fixed
- Show-more fetches full per-project session list from server when local cache is exhausted.
- Canvas dot grid overlay removed (was rendering a duplicate fixed layer).
