- Terminals sometimes showed blank or garbled glyphs after switching back to the app from another window, waking the laptop from sleep, or on cold start. Root cause was the WebGL glyph atlas going stale without the GPU firing any signal. The fix rebuilds the atlas automatically on the four triggers that most commonly invalidate it: window.focus (catches Cmd+Tab back, lid-close-and-reopen, screen lock/unlock), initial tile attach after the host has laid out, theme change, and font / size / contrast change

- Toolbar "Refresh terminal rendering" button (circular-arrow icon, immediately left of the dark/light toggle). One-click rebuild of every terminal's glyph atlas — a manual escape hatch for the rare edge cases the automatic triggers can't detect (driver partial crash, GPU hot-swap, etc.).
