- Sessions panel now uses a tree layout grouped by Project → Worktree → Terminal, replacing the flat status-based grouping
- Terminal tile header shows the project name instead of the telemetry badge
- Awaiting input detection: when an AI agent (Claude Code / Codex) waits for user interaction (tool approval, answering questions, plan review) for more than 5 seconds, the sessions panel shows a red "Awaiting input" status instead of the orange "Running" status (WIP — detection may not trigger in all cases)
