Notes de la versió
[1.130.85] - 2026-10-23
About: a download that stops arriving now gives up and says so, you can cancel one, and a check that cannot
reach GitHub no longer takes away the update it already found.
Fixed
- A download that stopped receiving data waited for as long as SysManager stayed open. The bar and the
megabyte count froze where they were, the Download button stayed hidden, and nothing said anything — a Wi-Fi
hand-off, a router dropping the connection, or sleep and resume part way through the 85 MB file was enough.
Thirty seconds with nothing arriving now ends it, with the same failure row and Manual download button any other
failed download gets, and the half-finished file is removed. Since 0.5.0.
- A download could not be cancelled. The Download button is hidden while one runs, so the only way to stop one
was to close SysManager. There is a Cancel button beside the progress bar now, and Escape does the same.
Cancelling says so, instead of reporting a timed-out download that nothing went wrong with. Since 0.5.0.
- Pressing Check for updates with no connection hid the update it had already found. The whole update card,
Install button and download bar included, disappeared until a later check succeeded, although the update was
still there and possibly already downloaded. A check that fails now keeps what the last one found and reports
the failure beside it. Since 0.5.0.
- A release-notes refresh that failed replaced the notes on screen with nothing. The ten most recent releases
vanished, which reads as the feature being broken rather than the connection being down. A refresh that cannot
reach GitHub now leaves them and says so; a repository that really has no releases still reads as nothing to
show. Since 0.5.0.
Verify the download
Get-FileHash .\SysManager-v1.130.85.exe -Algorithm SHA256
Expected SHA256: DF1C48B042E2A3DAF838864407C065197F4774A204B8C1DAA40DEA03064BE0C7
This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:
gh attestation verify .\SysManager-v1.130.85.exe --repo laurentiu021/SystemManager
That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.130.85.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.https://github.com/laurentiu021/SystemManager/releases/tag/v1.130.85
