Bugfixes

Bugfixes

3-Day View
3-day view — the new default view — lets you look at yesterday's, today's, and tomorrow's tasks in a more organized way.
You can have tasks with/without reminders in the same day, and arrange them in any order regardless of their due date!

- Performance is greatly improved when opening/closing task create/edit menus, since most of the app was being re-rendered every time either of these menus were opened. This is no longer the case.

Some bugfixes
- Dropdowns are now normal
- Dropdowns don't scroll with you anymore — scrolling is now disabled when a dropdown is open, as it should be.
- If a dropdown is on a scrollable page, the position of its options remains unchanged. It stays attached to the dropdown — why it was separate was beyond me.
- When automatically starting up in online mode, login screen no longer briefly appears between loading screens
- Account menu is no longer openable in offline mode

A new beginning
Remindr is now open-source! The remindr_releases repo is going to be deprecated in favor of this one, which will house code, actions, releases, issues, and discussions.
The app is currently in the final stages of migrating from electron-react-boilerplate to @cawa-93/vite-electron-builder, which helped immensely with the headaches that migrating from CommonJS to ESM gave me. On top of migrating from CommonJS to ESM, dependencies are up-to-date (currently Electron v31, ESLint v9, etc.), SonarCloud integration has been set up (7% coverage 🚀), as well as a CI/CD workflow for unit/integration/e2e testing with Vitest and Playwright.
After this large migration, it should hopefully be easier to make changes/fixes while avoiding regression, and you can help to add new features/make bugfixes if you'd like. I'm brand-new to this whole open-source thing, but I'm a huge fan of the concept and want to hit the ground running as fast as possible.

This update fixes the app update bug (#15) when pressing 'Restart' to update Remindr when a new update is downloaded. Remindr no longer re-opens mid-update, which triggered an error while updating since the app can't properly update while it's running.

Additions- Tasks in the 'to-do' group are now reorderable! This is currently an experimental feature (can be enabled under 'Advanced') since there are some slight visual bugs left to work out.
- Spellcheck can now be toggled on/off. No need to deal with distracting squiggly red lines - spell how you like!
Changes- Task/task group animations significantly improved- Removing tasks from a group no longer results in the remaining tasks instantly going to their new place - they are now animated, resulting a much smoother overall appearance.
- Removing tasks from a group is now instantaneous - they are immediately popped out of the list, and surrounding tasks will immediately fill in that new gap.

Bugfixes- Offline startup mode now loads tasks properly, following a bug introduced in v2.1.6
