- Fixed some email links being shown with a literal & (for example in password-reset URLs) by no longer double-escaping ampersands when auto-linking plain-text URLs (#68).
- Fixed the account connection test reporting a false "passed" for accounts with a blank username: it now performs a real authenticated login, so authentication failures surface during testing instead of only after the account is added (#60).
- Fixed the startup window background color and title-bar theme so the window matches the active theme immediately on launch.
