Changes
- Pull works on branches that were never pushed. The pane bar's Pull (and the Pull in the branch list) used to be disabled unless the current branch had an upstream, so branches created for worktrees could not pull from main. Without an upstream, Pull now pulls from the remote's default branch (origin/HEAD, then origin/main, then origin/master), and its tooltip names the source, e.g. "Pull from origin/main". Branches with an upstream still pull from it, and Pull stays disabled on a detached HEAD or when no default remote branch exists.

- Automatic group colors alternate red and blue. Groups without a color you chose are colored red, blue, red… down the sidebar in the order they are shown, so neighboring groups never share a color. The order follows creating, moving, collapsing and expanding groups. Colors you picked yourself and "none" are kept. Automatic colors from earlier versions switch to the alternating colors once on the first launch.
- Settings > Color theme has an option to stop coloring new groups. When it is off, new groups are created with no color; existing colors are left as they are.
- The folder is followed right after "Move here". After "Move here" in the folder browser (including the one that opens for a new session) or the change-folder dialog, the sidebar, path bar and Git view follow the shell's new folder right away. Shells that do not report their folder (stock macOS zsh) previously showed the old folder for a few seconds.

- Groups get a color automatically. New sidebar groups are colored when created, using the least-used of the six theme colors so neighboring groups rarely match. Groups you already have are colored the same way on the first launch of this version and keep that color afterwards. You can still change the color, or pick "none" from the group header's right-click menu; "none" stays off across restarts.

- Group color. Right-clicking a group header in the sidebar shows a "Group color" picker with the same six theme colors as the session background, plus "none". The color tints the header and its arrow, and draws a matching line down the left of the group's members so the group's extent is visible at a glance. It is saved with the session.
- Drop files from Finder / Explorer into the folder browser. Dropping files or folders onto the folder browser copies them into the shown folder, or into a folder row / place / favorite you drop onto. The target is outlined while dragging, the list reloads with the first copied item selected, and a notice reports the result. Name collisions copy nothing and show an error (nothing is overwritten). Outside the browser, drops still type paths into panes.
- The folder browser no longer closes on window blur, so you can click Finder to start a drag. Outside click, Esc and window resize still close it.

- Diff button in the pane bar. A new Diff button sits immediately left of Worktree in each pane's Git controls. It opens the uncommitted changes of that pane's folder in the diff overlay (the same content as the Git window's "All changes") without opening the Git window. It is disabled when there are no changes. In narrow panes it collapses to its icon and stays visible when Worktree and Fetch are hidden.
- Resizable diff overlay and Git window. Drag the right edge, bottom edge or bottom-right corner of the Git window or a multi-file diff overlay to resize it; it stays centred. The file list of a multi-file diff and the Git window's sidebar can also be resized by dragging their edge. Double-click a handle to restore the default. Sizes are remembered across restarts.
- The diff overlay no longer closes on an outside click. Only × and Escape close it. The Git window still closes when you click outside it.
- Long lines wrap inside the diff overlay instead of scrolling sideways. Diffs shown inside the Git window keep horizontal scrolling. The file list of a multi-file diff is also narrower by default.
- Sidebar notes show up to three lines. Line breaks are kept and long notes wrap, with … beyond three lines (the tooltip shows the full text). Short or empty notes stay on one line, so sessions without a note keep their height.
- Larger note editor. The note editor opens about three times wider than before and 360px tall. It is still limited to the window size and can be resized.

- Group names in the Recent order. The flat Recent view now shows each session's group path (Parent / Child) above its title, with a color bar per top-level group.
- Recently used badge. A session you typed into within the last 7 days shows a badge (today / yesterday / N days ago; the tooltip shows the last input time). It appears in both views and survives restarts. Badges start from the first keystroke after this update.
- Sidebar layout. The status label, the recently used badge and the pin / archive / close buttons now share one row above the session name, so the name, note, folder and Git branch use the full width. The Whole row stays pinned at the top while scrolling. The default sidebar width is now 384px (was 320px).
- Copy-path button in the folder browser's left column. Every row under Places, Favorites and Recent places has a copy button that copies the absolute path. Enter / Space on a button inside a row now acts on that button instead of switching the listing.
Fixes
- No more false "done" marks and notifications when looking through sessions. Switching between claude / codex sessions every second or two no longer marks the session you just left as done or sends a notification. As a result, the "running" label for work an agent starts by itself appears about 2 seconds later than before.

- Worktree moved into each pane's Git controls. The Worktree button is no longer in the top toolbar. It is now in the Git section of every pane's top bar (and in the branch list popover), and it creates a worktree for that pane's repository without opening the Git window.
- Commit button in the pane bar. Opens the Git window's file status with the commit message ready to type. It is disabled when there are no changes.
- Worktrees outside the repository are grouped by repository. New worktrees go to <location>/<repository name>/<branch> (for example ~/worktrees/myapp/feature-x). This applies to the Worktree dialog, PRs and Issue runs. A location that already ends with the repository name is not doubled. Existing worktrees are not moved.
