In-app updates install without the setup window and reopen the panel, the app finds new versions within 15 minutes, and Claude stays within Anthropic's limit on usage reads.

- The app checks for new versions every 15 minutes instead of every 6 hours, and the refresh button in the footer checks too (#41)
Bug Fixes
- Claude: Smart refresh asks at most every 5 minutes instead of 2. Anthropic allows about 30 usage reads an hour per login, shared with Claude Code, and answers more with "Rate limited by Anthropic" for up to an hour (#40)
