- Added CLI clipboard image paste via Ctrl+V for vision-capable models (PNG/JPEG/GIF/WebP, 20 MB each, up to 10 images), with macOS pasteboard, Windows STA Clipboard, and Linux wl-paste/xclip backends sending structured image/base64 content blocks to Native Worker.
- Added a model-aware /effort panel that only offers reasoning-effort levels supported by the active model, and surfaces thinking support in the CLI status line.

- Fixed markdown local-path links (file:// and Windows drive-letter paths) being stripped by react-markdown, so chat answers, thinking blocks, previews, changelog, and release notes can open those targets again.
