- Move full external-source verification off asynchronous request threads. Profile listing can wait for verification while ordinary reads retain their eight-second default timeout. Fix startup observation blocking UI requests.
- Separate bounded read-only configuration previews from complete backup recovery. Disable editing/saving above the 32 KiB preview limit, verify current-file identity, back up current contents and require confirmation. Cancellation does not write, stale fingerprints cannot overwrite changes, and successful recovery does not certify a subsequent startup.
- Export bounded 16/64 KiB Host/browser startup records with structured redaction and rejection of non-regular files or redirected parent directories. Preserve actual import_failed/blocked reasons without promoting forensic snapshots into readiness evidence.
Verification scope
Publication requires successful frozen dependencies, frontend/Rust regressions, resource verification and actual installed-package startup on CI runners for all six targets at this exact commit. Real isolated Windows x86_64 acceptance used Node 24.20.0, the original pinned CLI/Cordis/Web, authenticated Agent/RustBridge and actual Electron ClientAudit. It covers skipped incompatible bundles, missing dependencies/services, upstream normalization, stale-fingerprint rejection, complete backup recovery, run/PID ownership and the native Nexus confirmation UI. R7 diagnostics additionally passed genuine CLI/export identity and credential-redaction checks; ten diagnostic regressions passed without failures or ignored tests.
Dot independently checked 25 complete source files, the complete diagnostic semantic window and evidence consistency. Subsequent whole-core hash consistency verification was also supplied; it is not a complete semantic review of the entire core. Dot did not repeat Windows execution. Unchanged functional evidence was reused from the accepted candidate, not all rerun on the final installer.
Real upstream Linux build/runtime in Dot's environment remains blocked by tsx IPC restrictions even after normal platform approval; it is not counted as passing. Mac devices, official upstream Desktop Node 24.21.0 launch, real-session/full offline migration, full in-browser sessions, every third-party plugin, Gatekeeper first-open and production notarization remain unaccepted. Earlier Mac package subsets do not establish full acceptance for this version. No model/provider calls were made.
Bundled Harness remains 0.1.6-alpha.2 and user installations are not automatically upgraded. That lock has no official Linux Desktop resource; Linux retains Web mode. Explicit runtimes take precedence, and bundled Git excludes GCM. macOS packages are ad-hoc signed and not notarized; Windows/Linux are unsigned. CI success is not full-platform device-upgrade acceptance. This release does not replace D-drive installations or user data.
