NetLimiter: baixar versions anteriors

This release makes creating filters much quicker. Select multiple applications or connections in Activity (or applications in the Application List), right-click on them (opens the Context menu) and choose Create filter. The Filter editor opens with all of them already filled in.

- New Create filter command in the context menu of Activity and the Application List. Select one or more applications to create a filter for all of them (by app identity or by app path), or select connections to create a filter for their applications and remote IP addresses. The command is also available in the Info View.
- Close to Tray is now enabled by default (Tray icon options).
- New Change License link in the About window opens the license change page for your license.
- Blocker rules for loopback/localhost traffic (filters with the Is loopback traffic function) now work correctly.
- Loopback traffic is now recognized in the whole 127.0.0.0/8 range and for connections to the computer's own IP addresses.
- Starting minimized to the tray (for example at logon) is more reliable.

This release brings mainly compatibility updates. There are many new versions of libraries and frameworks. We faced problems with signature certificate (very important security feature) which was caused by Microsoft's internal issues snd caused a lot of delay since last release. We apologise for that and since now, the updates should be more frequent. Thanks for you patience.
Note: We were forced to use a new signing certificate and it causes a warning popup window* to rarely appear while starting the installation. This popup should disappear soon. It constains information about the certificate (owned by our company "Locktime Software"). It is safe to Run and continue the installation.

This update brings several mild improvements, but main focus was on system compatibility - we updated most frameworks and libraries we use.
NetLimiter runs on Windows 7 and new systems, but it becomes harder and harder to support older OS. It is not definitive, but we will probably end support for Windows 7 and 8 in first half of the 2026*. Older NetLimiter versions (like the one currently realesed) will still run on old machines, but new updates won't.

This release brings two major improvements. Since now NetLimiter allows import from other Stats databases (version 5) and broadens functionality of DNS-based rules.

New features
- Imports from NetLimiter version 5 databases are now possible. This tool is accessible from the Stats Manager.
- NetLimiter now supports filtering domains that are not automatically detected by the application. Simply create a filter for a domain and add rules to control its traffic.

This release brings brand-new approach to Priority handling. We created a new more determinate method which is based on reversed limits. You can enable it on tab Priorities by checking Use new method. You can always go back to the old method by unchecking it.

This release brings several UI improvements. The most important one is custimizable scaling of font size in NetLimiter UI. If you find texts in NetLimiter too small and you struggle reading them properly, go to Tools->Options... and on the tab Client/Theme select Font Scaling that suits your needs.
