`insane choose` now selects a random element from iterable values instead of always returning the first item.
Empty iterable behavior remains `null`.
Bumped CLI and VS Code package versions to `0.2.1`.
## Compatibility
Backward compatible patch release. Programs that depended on deterministic first-item selection from `insane choose` will now observe the intended random behavior.
