### Highlights

- Removed the slow Windows one-file executable; Windows distribution uses an installer and a clean standalone folder package
- Cleaned build output to avoid leaving unnecessary caches and intermediate files

- Renamed workflows by what they do: Merge folders, Add to library, and Tidy a folder
