Fixed
- Restored mouse wheel reporting in native Windows terminal applications. HRack now uses the ConPTY runtime bundled with node-pty so application-requested mouse modes reach the terminal renderer instead of being swallowed by the system ConPTY.
- Removed the 0.4.8 wheel interception that left affected terminal applications unresponsive to scrolling. The bundled ConPTY runtime is now restored after native dependency rebuilds and included beside the packaged native bindings.https://github.com/UniRound-Tec/hrack/blob/HEAD/CHANGELOG.md
