- Normalize missing Chat and Messages local tool-call IDs before delivery; repair only unambiguous missing-ID pairs in existing Chat history.
- Preserve Responses output-item and function-call identities across stream events and reject conflicts. Assign tool indexes when converting buffered Chat responses to SSE.
- Extend OpenCode session projection to Go and Zen across all three protocols. Extract identity before conversion and reuse headers for retries; unidentified requests receive isolated operation IDs instead of being blocked locally. Cross-request affinity remains unavailable without client identity.
- Preserve configured or incoming OpenCode User-Agent headers; when absent, derive Grok Build identification from the installed executable instead of advertising hellogrok.
