* Refacto snmp session handling fixing context reset when using SNMP v3 and vlan
context switching is involved
* PR #1219: Support bulk snmp requests via maxrepetitions, skip-bulk-support-discovery
and bulk-support-discovery-oid options in "snmp-advanced-support.cfg"
* maxrepetitions: if set to 1, the default, glpi-agent will test each device to know
if it supports bulk requests and then use Net::SNMP library default for the device.
If set to 0, force to use Net::SNMP library default as maxrepetitions value, usually 25.
Can be set to any arbitrary positive integer to force maxrepetitions.
* skip-bulk-support-discovery: if set to 0, the default, glpi-agent will try to
discover if devices support snmp bulk request. Any other value will disable bulk support
discovery.
* bulk-support-discovery-oid: defaults to ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1" (mib-2.system OID)
This option permits to set snmp oid on which bulk support should be tested if
bulk support discovery is enabled (the default).
* fix #1229: Devices like SiemensSicam can answer with NULL or empty string on not
supported oid. The fix makes MibSupport based on private oid check more reliable.
* netinventory task should not report snmp error when iec61850 protocol inventory
was successful
* Support --iec-dump and --iec-file on glpi-netdiscovery and glpi-netinventory scripts
to permit iec61850 protocol support debugging
* Support SKIP_CDP_ON_IPPHONE as possible value for "features" option/configuration to
disable CDP support on port where an ip phone as been detected. It permits to report
the port as a hub of 2 known mac addresses where a computer is connected behind.
