This stable release consolidates the 0.14 beta cycle around session-scoped planning, project guideline governance, and clearer project governance views. Chat now has a more explicit split between direct implementation, Plan, and Proposal flows, while Overview, Proposal, Task, and the new Guidelines browser form a fuller operating surface for project governance. The bundled MCP servers are updated as well: fyllo-specs now handles linked-worktree exploration and archive guidance more accurately, and fyllo-cortex focuses its guidelines tool on maintenance workflows.

- Session-scoped Plan workflow: agents can create lightweight plans, users can review, edit, save, and approve them in-app, approvals are recorded in lineage, and plan.create Fyllo actions connect them back to the current Chat session

- fyllo-cortex guidelines tool changed from read/write to three maintenance modes: init, create, and update, returning scenario-specific <tool_instruction> content and current <state>

- The application version is now 0.14.0.
- fyllo-specs MCP server is now 0.8.0, covering the Plan tool, worktree-aware explore, accurate change creation timestamps, create-proposal guideline task rules, and archive commit guidance.
- fyllo-cortex MCP server is now 0.4.0. This is a breaking change: guidelines read/write modes were removed; callers must use init, create, or update.
- Local lineage session links now include a plans field. Existing data is read as an empty plans array and does not require manual migration.
