This patch release continues turning Chat into the operating surface for project governance. The session event rail can now show proposals linked to the current session and update as OpenSpec status changes are detected. Users can also start implementation, open details, or archive completed proposals from Chat. The documentation site now has a bilingual structure, blog entry points, and sitemap support, and the project license has moved to MIT to lower the barrier for external use and contributions.
