### CLI can now write to the registry
- `envarly import <file>` — apply a previously exported `.json`/`.reg` file, merge or replace
- `envarly set <NAME> <VALUE>` / `envarly delete <NAME>` — single-variable writes, handy for scripts
- Every write command is dry-run by default and only touches the registry when you pass `--apply`
- Unlike `setx`, these broadcast the change to already-running processes immediately, so you don't need to log off and back on to see it
