Fixes
- Trace live Discord message receipt, handling, scope filtering, and archive completion in verbose tail logs. Each event reports gateway_received, handler_started, ignored with a reason, or archived, so an out-of-scope message is no longer indistinguishable from one the Gateway never delivered. archived is emitted only after the canonical write, event append and cursor update all succeed. Traces carry event type, stage and IDs only — never message content or author metadata.
