ArWen 2.9.5 is a hotfix of 2.9.4. The desktop stays ArWen Desktop 1.0.10, from the 2.9.0 release.

- install.sh installs rustup with the required Rust when the system Rust is older than 1.94.
- The mixed-layer ocean: water rising through the bottom of the column carries the bottom layer's own properties, so coastal sea surface temperatures no longer drift.
