- Windows static CRT linking: Added .cargo/config.toml with +crt-static for x86_64-pc-windows-msvc target. The CLI binary (aeroftp-cli) no longer requires vcruntime140.dll at runtime, resolving STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND (0xC0000135) on clean Windows installs and in the winget validation sandbox
