Added a workaround for 409 download errors for affected users of certain VPNs or ISPs. If you are affected and cannot temporarily use a different internet connection for ACT, use the setup from GitHub to update ACT.
Theming/Colors
Fixed the search bar in the Options tab to properly apply font coloring to matching settings. -- Fixed a bug that would fail to apply some settings for dark theme presets when the user was in a locale where commas and decimal points are swapped. This only affects Luminance Offset and Saturation Offset when the preset buttons are pressed.
Miscellaneous
Fresh install defaults use FFXIV-centric settings; the Startup Wizard will always/still apply game appropriate settings when directed. Fixed a possible crash when the config is missing and ACT attempts to direct the user to use config backups. Added some debug info for the window out of bounds warning.

Custom Trigger & Spell Timer fields should remain more static when automatically saving config once per minute or possibly changing zones. If a download takes more than 30 seconds, a TraySlider will periodically appear with the percentage progress. If a plugin is missing on startup, a TraySlider message will be shown.
Plugin/API
Added another overload for UncachedFileSave(). TraySliders will try to disable/dismiss immediately instead of only when all event handlers have returned. Download requests will be internally threaded regardless of how the method is called but will otherwise act the same.

The Custom Triggers and Spell Timers treeviews should remember node expansion between sessions; misc blind fixes.
Plugins / API
Wizard downloads in general no longer use WININET caching nor temporary files. UnZip() no longer uses random filenames for temporary files. Temporary ZIP filenames may have numbers/symbols removed. UnZip() now has an overload that accepts a byte array instead of a file location. Added PluginDownloadMem() which returns a download as a byte array instead of a temporary file location.

Added two misc options to allow the View Logs feature and/or Custom Triggers to receive the original log line instead of one modified by plugins or having the timestamp removed. -- The Custom Triggers tab & Spell Timers page will try to remember node expansion when rebuilding the list. When removing a Custom Trigger/Spell Timer(Alt-R), it will try to select an adjacent node. -- For some Linux users, their version of the CLR gets confused by an app.config section which prevents web requests from completing. If ACT detects this, it will create a notification with an option to modify the app.config to remove this offending config section. -- Some instances of \n have been replaced with Environment.NewLine in text generation.
Miscellaneous UI / API
ButtonPainted and CheckboxButtonPainted margin/padding logic now more closely matches their WinForms counterparts. Slightly altered some of the color blending methods these types of controls use.
Plugins / API
Exposed Color.ToAdjustedColor() extension method to alter a given color according to ACT's UI settings or other arbitrary values. Exposed Color.MixWith() extension method to mix one color with another by a percentage. -- Fixed some cases where ACT's custom controls would not work in designer mode without a parented form(like when designing a UserControl). -- LogLineEventArgs.originalLogLine will now have the same value in OnLogLineRead as it did in BeforeLogLineRead. -- TraySliderAdd() should properly run on the UI thread like the docs state.

Miscellaenous
- Removed an attempted fix for WINE users left in r274 that causes an issue for Windows users. This will only make things smoother for upgrades from r277 to r278 in the future.
