Security
- Update the transitive dependency libz-sys from 1.1.29 to 1.1.31 to address
RUSTSEC-2026-0418 (build-time environment variable disclosure). When built
with cc 1.6.0 or later on Unix, affected versions can write environment
variables, including secrets, to Cargo build output stored under target/ and
included in CI caches.
