Three tabs moved to where you would actually look for them. Nothing changed about what they do —
only which category they sit under, because a few were filed by how they work internally rather than by
what you came to do. Bandwidth Monitor now sits directly under Speed Test in Network, since "how fast is
my connection" and "what is using my connection" are two halves of one question. File Lock Detector moved
to Storage, now called Storage & Files, because you get there from Windows' own "this file is open in
another program" message. And Notification Blocker moved out of Privacy & Security into Customization,
since muting an app that nags you is not a security decision and does not need administrator rights.
Changed
- Bandwidth Monitor moved from Monitor to Network, placed immediately after Speed Test. While they
were in different groups, finding one never led you to the other.
- File Lock Detector moved from Monitor to Storage, and that group is now Storage & Files.
"Monitor" promises something watching continuously; this tab is a one-off scan of a file you pick. The
group name now covers per-file work rather than only disk space.
- Notification Blocker moved from Privacy & Security to Customization. Every other tab in Privacy &
Security either changes a protected Windows setting or removes software; this one flips the same
per-app switches Windows Settings does, needs no administrator, and is one flip from undone. Filing it
under "Security" made it look riskier than it is, and hid it from where the wish belongs.
- File Shredder deliberately stays in Privacy & Security despite also being a per-file tool: shredding is
about destroying traces, and it is the most destructive thing in the app, so it keeps that group's
warnings around it.

This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.103.0.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
